This southern-facing apartment is located on the 3rd floor of Block 6 in Park La Entrada, Punta Prima. From the balcony (17m², furnished with a table, chairs, and two sunbeds), you can enjoy views over the beautifully landscaped subtropical garden, which features a communal swimming pool.

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), air conditioning, an LCD TV, and fiber optic high-speed internet. The spacious open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The apartment comprises two bedrooms: one with a double bed (sleeps 2) and the other with two single beds (sleeps 2), along with two bathrooms that include both bath and shower facilities. A free child cot/high chair is available!

La Entrada offers around-the-clock security services, including CCTV cameras, and each apartment has its own separate alarm system. This gated development is surrounded by attractive communal areas and gardens, large swimming pools and various water features. There is also private underground parking available for residents.

The Punta Prima Resorts are situated on the coast of the Costa Blanca, just 10 minutes south of the city of Torrevieja. This wonderful location boasts one small and one large fine sandy beach, both of which are among the cleanest in the area and have been awarded Blue Flag status. Enjoy rocky coves, cliffs, and fantastic sea views.

Numerous commercial centers nearby offer a variety of bars, cafés, and restaurants. With a Mediterranean climate and 320 days of sunshine each year, it's no surprise that Park La Entrada is a popular choice for holidays and year-round living.

The nearest beach Punta Prima, is within walking distance, and several other beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. You can also walk along the stunning coastline to reach Torrevieja (approximately 1 hour). A local bus runs frequently to Torrevieja as well. Additionally, top golf courses at Villamartin, Campoamor, and Las Ramblas are just a short distance away.

Additional Conditions for Electricity Usage:
The mentioned rental rates include all energy costs, unless electricity consumption exceeds 85 kWh per week. In that case, the excess consumption will be deducted from the deposit at a rate of €0.35 per kWh. Keyholding will provide an explanation on-site.
